1st Place & 2nd Place

Just sharing with you two layouts of my daughter and her dancing team, over the last few weeks they entered two estiffords and placed an amazing 1st and 2nd.  They have only been dancing as a team since February this year. So a fantastic effort by them all.  For the layouts the main paper used is from the Girls Paperie line called Days Away.

On The Buses!

I have just completed a layout of my Parents when they first started courting back in the 1960's.  They first met yes I have to say it "On the Buses" back in England when my Dad was the bus driver and my Mum was the Clippie, (ticket conductor).  While visiting them in Qld over Christmas I took a photo of Mum and Dad to Scrapbook, I also had my friend Karen make a cushion using the same photo printed on fabric.  I searched high and low to find a print of the bus that my Mum and Dad use to ride on together, I managed to source it from England and then had it framed for my Dad's Birthday.  On the bus in the print it say CROYDON on the scroll, this is where all us three children were born.  (A little piece of histroy).

Layout Products used. My Minds Eye Meadowlark White dot paper, Cardpaper, Prima Sultan Gems Burgandy, Prima Bonnet Blooms Girlie, Lace Black & White, Marth Stewart Heart Border Punch, Red, Black Bazzill, Scraplets Flourish, Red Jo Sonya Paint and London Bus Fabric left over from the Cushion.

Hi, just another layout I would like to post using the same technique as the one I posted of Jack and myself.  I have completed it on the reverse side of the page and in Burgandy colourings.  Hope you like it.

Birthday Layouts

Well I thought it was about time to start scrapping again,  I have been very busy the last few weeks and I hate getting behind on milestone layouts, so today I have just scrapped my two childrens Birthday layouts.  There Birthdays were February and March.

For Abbeys I used Fly a Kite range and for Jacks I used an old Kaiser Collection called Rewind.
